I used Oxfordgem’s Hematinica Syrup as part of the supportive management of a female cat diagnosed with Mycoplasma haemofelis, presenting with severe lethargy, dehydration and anorexia following spaying.
The initial CBC showed anemia and marked thrombocytopenia.
After 10 days of comprehensive supportive management, including Oxfordgem’s Hematinica, the follow-up CBC showed marked hematological improvement.
This was an encouraging clinical response,and Oxford Gem’s Hematinica was a useful haematinic supportive supplement in this case.
